Each year, the Southeast Pennsylvania Green Industry Conference provides green industry professionals in the region with an opportunity to stay up-to-date on the latest research, techniques, and technology to help their businesses succeed. This conference also provides a wealth of opportunities for attendees to earn pesticide recertification credits, continuing education units (CEUs) for a variety of professional certifications, and network with colleagues, industry experts, college and university faculty, regulatory experts, and Penn State Extension educators.

This year’s conference will focus on the impact of regional extreme weather, such as drought, flooding, heat, and high wind, on our industry. Speakers will address tornado recovery, root diseases of ornamentals, heat and drought tolerance in turfgrass, plant selection for a changing climate, native plants, and more!
